I sat in the back with my mom and her friend. <BR/><BR/>As I sat there listening to the songs and watching our youth praise God the way they were, it touched me. Not only me, as I looked around they weren't many people sitting around me that wasn't crying. I couldn't stop. My heart was filled with joy that morning. I am so thankful for our youth group and what they are trying to do in Gods word. <BR/><BR/>I am very thankful to God everyday for the church that he sent us to. It has so much love, and then there is the youth. You all do so much and teach them so much. I often worry about the way of life now and raising a teenager, but I also go to God and know that he will lead Keitha down the right road. <BR/><BR/>She and I talk about everything and the things I love listening to is everything that she learns and sees with this youth group. They are a great bunch of teenagers. I haven't been to many churches that the older youth will hang and be friends with the younger ones the way that they are at EMBC. They are all friends. <BR/><BR/>Keitha told me the other day, that she was proud that we moved here. She stated that she loved our home town, but if we had stayed, that she would probably be in trouble because of the friends she had there. (just by how we know they act now) She stated then, that here her friends were her youth group. And how she knows that she will go in the right direction, because she has gotten so much closer to God. (Now don't get me wrong, we had a great church that we went to back home. Our preacher is a very God called preacher and preaches the truth, they just didn't do a whole lot with the youth. Good ole country church I guess you could say). Keitha just don't feel that she was led there, the way she is led here.<BR/><BR/>Again thanks! <BR/><BR/>I don't know what God has in store for Keitha, but I do know what she wants to do with her life. And so do you.
