well, it's official...

...today is my last day at East Maryville Baptist Church. It's very bitter/sweet emotion that runs through my mind, but an emotion that I'm grateful is there. This past Wednesday was one of the hardest moments in my life, but God was absolutely lifted up and now is the day I announce my resignation to EMBC (not that it's a secret anymore). 3:fifteen students leave tonight to go to Beach Camp where God will be worshipped and glorified for what He is doing and I start this week at Wallace Memorial Baptist where I begin to form new relationships with students whom I hope to lead in their maturity in Christ. See where the bitter/sweet comes in to play?

But God continually encourages me to look ahead to see where I'm going and not to look back, because it's in those moments that I lose sight of Him.

Wallace Memorial: Get ready 'cause I'ma comin'. I'm excited about what God is going to do with you over the coming years.
